The role of the Supervisory Board is to advise the Executive Board and to monitor good business conduct. Members of the Supervisory Board keep a watchful eye on the general affairs of Kramp, including the effectiveness of internal risk management and control systems, and the quality and integrity of its financial reporting.
This is the Supervisory Board of Kramp :
Janus Smalbraak is the newly appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He is the CEO of Pon Holdings, a family-owned company based in the Netherlands and an international trade and service organization catering to the mobility sector.
Koen Slippens is part of the Supervisory Board at Kramp since 2016. He is the CEO of Sligro Foods Group, a Dutch company consisting of food retail and food service companies.
Frederik Nieuwenhuys is part of the Supervisory Board at Kramp since 2016. He is the founder of Picnic, a Dutch online retailer for groceries.
Rutger Ruigrok joined Kramp’s Supervisory Board in 2020. He is the Managing Director of NPM Capital, an investment company that helps medium-sized and large companies grow their businesses. NPM Capital is also a minority shareholder at Kramp.
