Sustainability Report
Strengthening our commitment to sustainability
Creating impact is one of our key pillars. Kramp operates with sustainability at its core, viewing it as a strategic, long-term investment that delivers real value.
Kramp recognises the urgent need to address environmental impacts as part of its commitment to sustainable business practices. We operate in full alignment with EU regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which requires large companies to report detailed information on environmental, social, and governance impacts, including climate-related risks and opportunities.
“At Kramp, we recognise that we are part of something bigger, and we’re keen to take responsibility for our actions. Our CSR strategy translates into tangible actions to build a sustainable future.”
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Kramp continues to strengthen its sustainability efforts, building on the carbon reduction strategy launched in 2024 and reinforced across the organisation in 2025. Specifically, we have identified three core areas to create impact: reducing carbon emissions in operations and supply chain, designing circular, low-waste packaging and responsibly managing substances of very high concern. Find out how we are reducing our environmental impact and driving safer, more sustainable solutions for our customers.
GOVERNANCE
Kramp’s long-term sustainability ambitions are built on a strong corporate culture grounded in ethical leadership, transparent governance and responsible business practices. We continuously strengthen our policies to uphold the highest standards of conduct, ensure safe and confidential reporting, and protect data and privacy to maintain the trust of our customers and partners. Through robust supplier codes of conduct and fair payment practices, we promote integrity and transparency across our value chain, reinforcing the foundations for long-term growth and positive stakeholder relationships.
Our CSR strategy translates into tangible actions to build a sustainable future.”

Kramp is committed to a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace rooted in our values of collaboration, care and ownership. We prioritise strong health and safety standards, embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our culture, and ensure fair treatment across our entire value chain. Guided by international human rights principles, we work to protect the wellbeing of all workers connected to our business. We also recognise our wider responsibility to positively impact farmers and rural professionals in the communities we serve, guided by the belief that responsible practices are key to long-term, sustainable value.
